Central Ohioans are waking up to light snow this morning.

体育投注Some rural areas just south of the city are reporting about a dusting to 2”.

体育投注One thing that will make measuring, and the roads, tricky is the fact that we have blowing and drifting snow. Because it’s so cold outside we’re looking at very fine, powdery snow which means it’s bad for making snowballs but blows around very easily.

体育投注This could lead to slick spots on already treated roads so take it slowly.

As we head into the afternoon we’ll see some lingering snow showers and a few flurries but we’re generally drying out. It’ll be cold & windy as well with highs near 30 but wind chill values on either side of 20 when we’re at our warmest.
